They put up a list of several ARCs every month and you enter for the ones that sound interesting to you and then you just wait until the month is over to find out if you won one. I just won The Blonde of the Joke by Bennett Madison and Play Me by Laura Ruby (which hasn't come in the mail yet though, which kinda sucks- don't know why they didn't just put Blonde and Play Me in the same package). I got it for HarperTeen FirstLook, and they ended up pushing the release date WAY up by two months, so that the book actually came out on the day that the FirstLook reviews were due, lol. Great review- I can't wait for the sequel too. Hoping that HarperTeen puts the sequel in the FirstLook program early next year, hehe. I just posted a review of this last night.
