DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO ILLUSTRATED THE COVER? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. MY FRIEND SAID THIS ARTIST DOES A WHOLE LINE OF ART LIKE THAT WITH LARGE EYES. I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE AND SHE CANT REMEMBER THE NAME… PLEASE HELP ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!

The alien in My Summer on Earth is both perfectly harmless, disguised as a hot human boy, and very, very funny. The guy from 28 Days Later is Cillian Murphy, whose capacity to play both good and evil characters is kind of amazing. I have not seen Shaun of the Dead despite many friends' insistence that I must. Zombies = scary. Scarier than Jack Nicholson in The Shining. HOWEVER, Zombie Blondes is still a good scare. I mean, not one I'm particularly interested in repeating, just because zombies are gross, but still good.

Oh man I’m not forming complete sentences….! For some reason instead of writing *like* i wrote think!

28 Days Later does seem interesting. What’s that guy’s name in it, love that guy! Shaun of the Dead is good. What really scares me is aliens (the one from the other book you talked about today seems cool though!) Just movie aliens, even E.T.

So am I, Alea. I’ve got to check that one out. But really, if you’re into the scary, this is good. I’m just sort of a scaredy-cat. Like, you could not get me to sit through your typical horror movie.

Although 28 Days Later is one of my favorites, and it’s a zombie flick. Which is the part I like least about it. Again, if it could have been almost any other monster, I’d have been fine with it, you know?

I don’t think my books or movies scary. Thanks for the warning. Those eyes on the cover are very freaky. I am intrigued by the idea of Generation Dead though…
